Kronos System Specialist

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Human Resource Management
• Previous experience working on the Kronos System is essential
• Strong knowledge and background of the Kronos System (Time and Attendance and Advanced Scheduler Modules)
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance Processes
• Knowledge and background of the Sage 300 system will be advantageous
• Exposure to HR systems within a large environment
• Basic understanding of relevant labour legislation
• Computer proficiency
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Driver’s license and ability to travel

Key Outputs:

• Ensure that we have an effective Kronos system by:
o creating and managing standard and exception reports on a continuous basis to affect optimum use of the Kronos system
o Ensure that the Kronos system is correctly configured
o Monitor and investigating feedback to ensure optimal use of the system
• Ensure that relationships are built with stakeholders by participating in communication sessions to build and maintain productive relationships
• Ensuring that the system is maintained effectively and supported by:
o Reviewing the data integrity, audit data and maintain and test systems on a continuous basis
o Ensure that system changes are implemented so that the system operates within its optimised capability
o Ensuring that all deadlines are met
o Develop Kronos system forms and training manuals to facilitate complete and accurate documentation
o Ensure that all users are educated and trained effectively on the Kronos system
o Travel between facilities to ensure that the systems are optimal at all times
• Ensuring that there is effective risk management by: 
o Identifying gaps and implementing remedial action
o Participating in internal audit processes and providing information to ensure a comprehensive audit rating
o Liaising with internal and external auditors regarding information and documentation required to affect a positive external audit report

Want to apply at our affiliate company Melomed 24? Trained paramedics manage and operate the ambulance service offering basic life support, intermediate life support, advanced life support and advanced medical rescue.

The fleet currently consists of eight ambulances, one emergency response vehicle and one fully equipped rescue vehicle encompassing the latest extrication equipment for motor vehicle accidents cable of also assisting in mountain rescue and fire rescue.
