We have the following vacancy available at ISZIPHARM PHARMACEUTICAL DISTRIBUTORS, based at Pooke Road Rylands Estate, Athlone:
DEBTORS CLERK (FIXED TERM VACANCY)
Requirements:
• Matric
• Computer literacy is an essential job requirement, e.g. Word and Excel
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience
Key Outputs
• Checking Group medical aid income / Dr’s transfers / Banking of previous day is correct
• Receipt of all doctors EFT’s
• Check cash up summary to bank statement
• Highlight all outstanding payments
• Liaise with dispensing staff regarding outstanding payments and ensure accounts are settled
• Print daily retail reports
• Charge staff /doctors accounts and file all accounts in alphabetical order and posting all receipts
• Post credit journals and investigate credit requests from GROUP pharmacies
• Allocate all medical aid payments
• Check cash up for 5 pharmacies and daily follow ups on queries
• Print and reconcile statements for doctors and staff to Rx’s and audit trails
• Prepare monthly and debtors spreadsheets for pharmacy accountant and management
• Submitting staff accounts to the Group payroll administrator for deductions.
• Prepare monthly medical aid age analysis from admin-e-stator summary
• Check monthly speed-point summary
• Liaising with pharmacies concerning administration & reconciling WCA
• Perform all other Ad hoc duties
• Participate in annual/bi-annual stock take
