Business Analyst
Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business processes and requirements across multiple departments, including IT, HR, Finance, Nursing, and other subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, providing insights, and facilitating the implementation of business solutions that align with Melomeds objectives. Prior experience in healthcare or a corporate environment is highly advantageous.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
Extensive experience in at least two of the following areas: IT, HR, Finance, or Healthcare.
Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and digital transformation projects.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an added advantage.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and processes will be highly advantageous.
Added Advantages:
Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in hospital environments.
Understanding of IT systems integration and healthcare management software.
Proven track record in facilitating cross-departmental projects and business process improvement.
Key Outputs:
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements across departments.
Liaise with various departments (IT, HR, Finance, and Clinical teams) to understand their needs and propose improvements.
Facilitate business process re-engineering initiatives and help implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Support IT integration efforts, including digitizing hospital operations, with a focus on data-driven solutions such as Microsoft Power BI.
Assist in evaluating the impact of proposed changes and provide recommendations for optimizing business performance.
Ensure that new processes are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting performance standards.
